However, when it comes to returns, there are a few things that you need to keep in mind. Firstly, we can only handle returns when there’s an issue with the product itself. If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, we won’t be able to accept a return. But if there’s something wrong with the product, like a defect or damage, we’ll be happy to help you out.
Secondly, we can only accept returns within 30 days of the product delivery. We know that life can get busy, but we need to hear from you within this time frame to make sure we can assist you as best we can. We want to make sure that you’re happy with your purchase, and we’re always happy to help you out with any issues you may encounter.
We know that the returns process can be a bit of a drag, but we promise to make it as easy as possible for you. If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with the Flavourful Support team within 30 days of product delivery. Flavourful offers a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.
The refund will cover the production and shipping costs of new orders, or it can also be refunded to the same payment source where it originally came from.
In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.
Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Flavourful will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for entering the right information.
